I'm an independent filmmaker based in Portland, USA and recently completed a feature film 'The Wind Blows Where It Will':

I wanted to take this opportunity to share the film with fellow filmmakers/audiences on this forum. This is an independently financed feature (read: I was crazy enough to deplete a significant amount of my bank balance on this endeavor) and my first film.

Here's a recent interview that sheds some light on the making of the film/its aesthetics etc: ... e-it-will/

This is a 3 hr long film with sparse dialogue, only diegetic music and absolutely no car explosions/blood/gore. During all stages of scripting/production/post, I was attempting to (as humbly as I could) stay close to my original vision of the film, which was to try and exploit the medium of cinema for some of the qualities that I believe, are unique and exclusive to this medium.

If you are interested in watching the movie or have any questions/comments, please feel free to email me at
